The Manhattan FISH MARKET Opens in Brunei
Here’s some good news for you seafood lovers –The Manhattan FISH MARKET held its official grand opening yesterday, the first outlet of the well-known seafood franchise to open in Brunei. Guest of Honour, High Commissioner of Malaysia Datuk Ghulam Jelani bin Khanizam, officiated the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the entrance of the restaurant along with Revenue Valley Group CEO George Ang and Master Franchisee to Brunei Haslinda binti Mohd Fauzi.
The guests were then treated to a gastronomical six-course feast consisting of The Manhattan FISH MARKET signature dishes, including Garlic Herb Mussels, Mediterranean Baked Fish, and the highlight: the Manhattan Flaming Seafood Platter which was flamed right at the table. A sinful dessert of fried Oreos and ice-cream completed the incredible meal.
The Manhattan FISH MARKET operates in 73 restaurants in 14 different countries, with plans to increase the international market to 18 countries by the end of the year. In her opening speech, Ms Haslinda expressed hopes that the restaurant will expand to three more outlets within the next two to three years.
