Elizabeth Olsen in Melbourne for The House of Dior: Seventy Years of Couture Exhibition

North American actress Elizabeth Olsen of Ingrid Goes West, Wind River and Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, arrived in Melbourne ahead of the highly anticipated opening of The House of Dior: Seventy Years of Haute Couture at the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), where she will grace the red carpet of the star-studded opening Gala.

A guest of the NGV, Tourism Australia, Visit Victoria and The House of Dior, the American beauty came a day early to enjoy some of Melbourne’s most iconic experiences. She sipped specialty roasted coffee overlooking the skyline at Rooftop – one of the city’s newest rooftop bars, located at QT Melbourne. She also explored colourful laneways such as Flinders Lane, Duckboard Place and AC/DC Lane, famous for hidden restaurants, boutique designer stores and creative urban street art.

The House of Dior: Seventy Years of Haute Couture is open at the NGV from 27 August until 7 November 2017. Visit http://www.ngv.vic.gov.au/ for more details.
