Plan Your Vacation with the Enhanced Royal Brunei Holidays Website

Planning your holidays just became a lot easier with Royal Brunei Airlines (RB). On 27 September 2017, Brunei’s national airline launched an enhanced Royal Brunei Holidays (RBH) website – an online dynamic planning and bundling of holiday products available 24/7.

Present as Guest of Honour at the launch was Yang Mulia Awang Wardi bin Hj Mohammad Ali, Acting Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, at an event held at the Royal Brunei Recreation Club (RBRC).

RB’s online customers are now able to plan their entire holiday, from flights to accommodation and tours to transport, in Brunei and RB destinations at the Royal Brunei Holidays website with instant confirmation. This immensely convenient new method of planning your holiday completely eliminates the time spent to book airlines, accommodation and tour packages in multiple websites when planning a holiday or a trip.

The RBH website offers a wide variety of options for holiday packages within the RB network, and plans to enrich the customer experience further by sending personalized offerings to each guest. For travelers planning a trip to Brunei, RB will also offer a variety of hotels, tours and transfers available in the sultanate, in the hopes of creating greater awareness of what Brunei has to offer. As for transit travelers, RB aims to enlighten those transiting Brunei so to consider taking a stopover here during their journey.

Now RB online customers will be able to plan and book for their trips at any time of year, anywhere, and any time. The user-friendly nature of the website on all devices ensures a hassle-free experience, while the RB customer call centre will also be available 24/7 to provide assistance.

“The refreshed and powerful Royal Brunei Online Holidays is a great platform to showcase all our destinations and offerings to Bruneians and Expats living in Brunei and provide them opportunities to get real value for money deals,” said Mr Karam Chand, RB’s CEO.

As for promoting what Brunei has to offer to their customers, Mr Karam Chand said, “This digital platform all allows us to create greater awareness and help market Brunei as a tourist destination. Many of our local business partners such as hoteliers will have the opportunity to distribute their products globally 24/7. With the ease of distributing and booking tickets, hotels and tours in Brunei, we are very positive that the new Online Holidays platform will assist in boosting tourism to Brunei and help us reach the visitor arrival objective of 451,000 tourists by 2020.”

The development of the new RBH website received great support and input from major stakeholders such as Brunei Tourism, tour operators, hoteliers and RB technology partners Cozmo and Amadeus. RB will be continuously enhancing the website to include more partners, content and options for RB’s guests.
