Anjung Saujana brings mamak street food lovers a true taste of Malaysian culinary goodness in their annual Malaysian Food Festival, themed “Best of Mamak Street Food” from the 26th October to 4th November!
Held at their restaurant at the Brunei International Airport, the opening ceremony to the “Best of Mamak Street Food” buffet was held on the 25th of October and was officiated by the Guest of Honour Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ali Bin Apong, the Minister of Primary Resources & Tourism and Yang Mulia Dr. Haji Abdul Manaf Bin Haji Metussin, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy & Chairman of the Royal Brunei Catering Board of Directors.
Over the course of 10 days, Anjung Saujana will be plating a delectable menu of over 80 mouth-watering dishes, including foodie favourites such as a designated Nasi Kandar section, a wide selection of curries and complimenting condiments as well as a Teh Tarik stall, Mee Goreng Mamak stall, Roti and Mee rebus stations to eat your heart’s desire from. Authenticity is guaranteed with the guidance of two expert chefs from the Riverside Restaurant at the Putra World Centre in Kuala Lumpur who were specially flown in to train the restaurant’s local chefs and perfect the Malaysian menu down to a T.
Priced at $24.90 per adult and $12.90 per child, satisfy your cravings at the “Best of Mamak Street Food” held every evening from 6:30pm to 10:00pm until the 4th of November. In addition, drawings, caricatures and handicrafts from Pusat Bahagia will also be sold during the entirety of the festival.
