Patients being treated at the Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre (PJSC) and their family members were presented with “Bubur Lambuk”, a porridge made with fragrant herbs, spices, coconut milk and meat traditionally served during Ramadhan. As part of Royal Brunei Catering’s corporate social responsibility and their initiative to give back to the community, bubur lambuk will be distributed to all fasting and non-fasting patients and family members in the hospital every Friday during the entire month of Ramadhan.
