As part of the Singapore Food Festival, which officially begins on 30 March 2021 until 11 April 2021, Royal Brunei Culinary organized a cooking demonstration at the recently unveiled RBC Central Kitchen located at Lambak Kanan West Industrial Park. The enlightening demonstration was headed and presented by The Black Hole Group’s chefs, Chef Md Zulfadli Bin Normedi and Chef Muhd Helmi Bin Mohd Khair, who have been flown in from Singapore for the event. Highlighting the dishes which were specially curated for this year’s Singapore Food Festival such as Tuna Tataki with Green Apple Ponzu, Seabass with Sauce Vierge and Smoked Banana Coffee Tart, the cooking class presented ample opportunity for local culinary lovers to come together and witness the impressive dishes being made. At the end of the class, the attendees were invited to taste the food and to recreate it on their own with the provided recipes.
