The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s new Zen-concept branch in Bangunan Setia Kenangan, Kiulap, is going to knock your socks off! Their new approach to the 19th outlet of American food and beverage franchise, has resulted in an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity for the glasshouse-inspired structure, which provided a unique ambiance for cafe-hoppers to sample the coffee menu, which now includes speciality options like Ristretto and Café Breve. Diners will also find a location-specific menu that follows the Japanese-Western inspiration; delicious dishes like the Dancing Bonito Pizza or Carbonara Udon.
“We thought carefully about how to approach this branch,” said Ida Patera, Marketing Manager for the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Brunei Darussalam about the decisions with the new branch, adding that as they had other outlets close by, the team felt there needed to be something different to help it stand out amongst the buildings and location.
A Doa Selamat was held to bless the event followed by an opening speech and a ribbon cutting ceremony by Guest of Honor and the Vice Chairman of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Abdul Mun’im Pengiran Anak Tahiruddin.
Art Terrado, General Manager of The Coffee Bean & tea Leaf, also made a speech highlighting the brand’s and The Caring Cup’s role with the community, followed by the donation presentation. A mock cheque was presented to the representatives of the Centre of Children with Special Needs (KACA), SMARTER Brunei and Pusat Ehsan, to a total amount of BND 9,000. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® also made a BND 3,000 contribution to the Humanitarian Fund for Palestinians in Gaza 2023.
